I live in Key Biscayne, and I started Websites by Pablo because I wanted to help local small businesses right here in Miami in the biggest way I could.

I got into this because AI fascinated me. I started watching YouTube videos, and the more I learned, the more I saw ways I could actually help people. Key Biscayne is full of small businesses, like the farmers market every Saturday, and I want them to show up online when someone searches for what they do, instead of only the big companies.

I’m a real person, not a scam. I build your demo first, for free, so you see exactly what you’re getting before you invest a cent. If you don’t love it, you owe me nothing. If you do, it’s a $500 investment to go live, then $99 a year to keep it online starting in year two. No monthly fees. I host the site, I handle the domain, and I code everything myself. If you want me to update it every month, that’s an optional extra.

Questions people ask me

Is this a scam?

Fair question, and I get it. You don’t pay anything up front. I build your demo first, you look at it, and you only invest if you love it. You can also see the real site I built for Rise & Bloom.

What’s the catch?

There isn’t one. The demo is free because I’d rather show you than tell you. If it’s not for you, you owe nothing.

Do I have to pay every month?

No. It’s a $500 investment to go live, and your first year is covered. After that it’s $99 a year to keep your site online, which covers your web address, hosting, and keeping everything running. The only optional extra is if you want me to update your site every month.

How long does it take?

Your demo usually takes me 1 to 2 days.

What if I want changes?

Tell me what you’d change after you see your demo. I finish everything before it goes live.

Who owns the website?

You do. Once it’s live, it’s yours to keep.

Will people find me on Google?

A website gives Google something to show when people search for what you do. Nobody can honestly promise you’ll be first, but a real website gives you a shot that an Instagram page alone doesn’t.

Who do you work with?

Small businesses that don’t have a website yet, like home bakers, food trucks, nail techs, lash techs, barbers and auto shops. I’m based in Key Biscayne, Florida, but I work with businesses anywhere. Rise & Bloom is in Los Angeles.
